To Contact an Artist

To contact an artist please contact Artistic Flourish. Details on all artists displaying original artworks or creating commissioned works is kept by Artistic Flourish and will not be given out without the express consent of the artist.

If the artist consents to being contacted by you we will provide the artist with your contact details. After initial contact, any dealings between the artist and yourself will no-longer be the responsibility of Artistic Flourish.

How do I buy artworks from www.artisticflourish.com.au?

When you find an item on Artistic Flourish that you'd like to purchase, please contact us through the website.
You'll be asked for this information:

  • Your Details
  • Delivery Details (you can have your order sent to someone other than yourself)
  • Delivery Method (you can enter special instructions for the delivery if you need to)
  • Gift Wrapping and gift card messages
  • Payment Method (PayPal, Electronic Funds Transfer, Australian Money Orders, Cheque)

When you've given this information, your order details will be emailed to you.
You will be given an order number which you can use to check the status of your order later.
Your order will be shipped once payment is made.

Adding More Items
If you would like to add more, simply call prior to shipping and request the new item. We will let you know the amended shipping charges once the new item has been confirmed.

Deleting an Item

To remove an item from your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped we will not accept returns.

How can I check the status of my online order?
You can check the status of your Artistic Flourish order by visiting contacting us. To access your order information you will need to quote your Artistic Flourish order number.

How do I find out shipping rates & charges?
Shipping is excluded from the cost of any item on www.artisticflourish.com.au unless specified otherwise. All shipping is quoted once an initial order is placed. Parcels over and above the Australian Post size and weight restrictions will be sent via courier as will any parcel deemed too fragile for standard delivery. Insurance is available at request.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times will depend on how far the courier will need to travel to reach you. Average estimates are 1-3 days for Sydney, 1-10 days for outside Sydney. For items not readily available as they are stored in other facilities, we'll provide ongoing estimated ship and delivery time frames. All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don't occur on holidays and weekends. All Australia Post deliveries are subject to Australia Post delivery times.

Can I cancel or update my order?
If necessary, you may cancel all or part of your order, provided you contact us before you receive the email notification that your commissioned order has been confirmed or, in the case of original artworks, dispatched. If you would like to cancel or update your order please tell us as soon as possible via email: info@artisticflourish.com.au.

What is your returns policy for online orders?
We will not exchange or refund an original artwork, except in circumstances where the goods are faulty, has been mis-described or does not match the sample shown. We will not exchange or refund any commissioned artwork as commissions will only proceed once the client is happy with the concept and is willing to proceed with the sale. We are unable to refund freight/shipping charges.

How can I pay for my online order?
You can pay by Paypal, Electronic Funds Transfer, Australian money orders or cheque. More information on each of these methods can be found below.

PayPal
Please contact Artistic Flourish on info@artisticflourish.com.au with your order details and a PayPal invoice will be sent to you via email. Please follow the instructions provided by Paypal to complete your payment. Once payment is received your order will be processed and shipped.

Electronic Funds Transfer
Please contact Artistic Flourish on info@artisticflourish.com.au for Artistic Flourish EFT details and a final quotation. Please do not complete an EFT until you have received advice from us regarding the correct value of your order. Once payment is received your order will be processed and shipped.

Australian Money Orders
Once you have contacted us simply elect to pay with an Australian money order. We will provide you with the address to which you should post your money order and the correct order value. When you post your money order to us, please write your Artistic Flourish order number and your name on the back of the slip. Australian money order should be made out to Artistic Flourish. Please do not send your money order to us until you have received advice from us regarding the correct address and value. Once payment is received your order will be processed and shipped. Cheque Once you have contacted us simply elect to pay with a cheque. International customers wishing to pay by cheque must draw a bank draft payable in Australian dollars. The bank draft must be drawn on a bank that has a reciprocal agreement with an Australian bank. After you place your order, we will email you the address to which you should post your cheque and the correct order value. When you post your cheque to us, please write your Artistic Flourish order number and your name on the back of the cheque. Please do not send your cheque to us until you have received advice from us regarding the correct address and value. Cheques should be made out to Artistic Flourish.

Can I pick up my order from the business location?
At present, orders placed with Artistic Flourish may not generally be collected from the business location unless by prior agreement. If you would like to purchase an item you have found on Artistic Flourish from the business location, please contact us and place the order directly. Correct money will be required if paying in cash.

What happens if a painting is requested twice?
Appearance on website does not necessarily confirm availability. The website will be updated as quickly as possible once an item has been sold to avoid this situation.

Does Artistic Flourish have a privacy & security policy?
Artistic Flourish takes security and privacy very seriously and take all available precautions to protect your personal data both when you are entering it on the Artistic Flourish site and once it is stored by us to process your orders. Any financial details will only be retained to process your order. Once this has been completed your financial details will be deleted from our system. For more details read here.
