Matching your pictures to particular rooms or to other paintings
can be a very difficult art-form to master. Or, if you are lucky
enough to be gifted with an eye for this, it can be so easy you
wonder why it is such a problem for others. This is likely due to
how you were brought up and the amount of contact you had with the
art world. The below tips and tricks are for those who are learning
these skills. Learning how colours work together can be as rough as
painting a house entirely the wrong colours and then having to
re-do all that work. It can be painful. Learning about light and
shade on paintings can be as bad as hanging your favourite
watercolour in the bright sun so that you can see it better only to
find that over time it fades and the colours are yellowed.
Hopefully, the following tips will help to avoid such problems.

Having trouble selling your home or unit? Market trends fluctuate
making it more difficult to both sell and find a home for
protracted periods of time. While you may have bought your home at
a time when the real estate market was booming, selling during
tough times or even selling after your home has become worn and
tired for too much loving can be difficult. The carpet that was new
when you bought it may now be covered in stains and what was the
brand new oven is now wallowing in its own juices. To make a house
ready for sale can be difficult and expensive. Those looking to
sell are also advised by real estate agents to make their home into
a show house in order to secure the most money for your home. When
you can't afford the new home you want unless you sell for more
than your home has been valued at, adding the look of a new
renovation to an older or well loved house may just tipped the
scales in your favour when it comes to sales time.

Choosing paint colours for your house can be as fun as it can be
tedious. Coming to a compromise with others as to the look and feel
of the home you want to make can take years but once your home is
created, life becomes that little bit more sweet. One of the
essential parts of making a house a home is the colour of the
walls. You have to look at them day in, day out so it is necessary
to paint them a colour you love. If the walls are the wrong colour
for you, it can impact on your mood and can even stop you from
relaxing comfortably in the room you would love to love. Colours
can effortlessly make or break a home.

There are many types of art to choose from and this can make it
very difficult for the person still used to posters and mass
produced photographs. Unlike these types of wall decorations, art
has a personal and often intimate feel that makes the viewer either
love or hate the work.Art is as much about the viewer as the
artwork itself. Statements mean nothing if no-one pays attention.
To choose an artwork that suits you, first think about the styles
of work that make you feel connected to something, happy,
challenged or just think about the colours and textures you have
loved in everyday life. Find a work that reflects these or appeals
to you in some way

There are many ways to remember your wedding day and the happiness
it gave you. Some common ways to remember a wedding are by photos
or by videos of the ceremony. These are excellent for capturing the
moment but need to be stored away and are generally only brought
out when the mood strikes you. This can be when times get rough or
when relatives come around. The odd photo can be found in many
houses, framed and placed with the china and precious objects. This
can end up looking more like a shrine than a celebration. For the
daring there is the wedding cake which is saved for a year and
then, if still edible, partaken in to celebrate the one year
anniversary. Rings are also a reminder that you are married and can
be less of a reminder of the day itself. These methods are all good
for remembering your wedding but do not always let you escape back
into the moment.
